NEVILLE PETERSON LLP CORONAVIRUS PREPAREDNESS
The coronavirus pandemic has changed all our lives, and those changes may only be starting. Companies across the country are taking steps to embrace quarantine, social distancing and remote working to reduce the spread of the virus and protect our most vulnerable citizens. NPLLP joins in this important effort.
First and foremost, our sympathies are with those who have fallen victim to, or are suffering with, COVID-19. We wish for recoveries and optimal outcomes, and applaud the efforts of health care professionals who are doing their best, often at great personal risk, to stem the outbreak. We also applaud our friends and neighbors who have adjusted their lifestyles to support the great endeavor of “flattening the curve”, so that the pandemic may be contained.
Neville Peterson LLP has adopted a continuity of operations plan to allow the firm to keep providing client service throughout this crisis. All NPLLP personnel have been equipped for remote location working, and the firm continues to monitor all Federal State and local directives applicable to the three cities (soon to be four) where the firm maintains offices. We have made the investments in technology to allow for cross-location communications and collaboration. We expect to maintain a full level of client service throughout this crisis.
All NPLLP attorneys and team members are reachable through email, and will provide you with their remote location contact information. Through our website and other means of client communication, we will keep you updated with the impact of the pandemic on international trade operations and operations of relevant Federal agencies. We are available to assist clients with issues that may arise under the Customs and trade laws, including those relating to the ongoing crisis.
Our firm expects to remain fully operational throughout this shared ordeal, and to assist clients with all issues as they arise. Let’s “flatten the curve” and put this crisis behind up.
